ARC homes in Gillette Wyoming

Me and my husband have been renting and are thinking about buying a house with Arc. We have been told mixed things on what to expect. It seems like the people that we have talked to have had bad experiences. We don't wanna be jerked around anyone out there that wants to shair their experiace good or bad. Thanks
