I am trying to make a Jace and Ililiana deck help!!?

So I would use blue to counter everything while also using enchantments and sorceress to deck the person out and black would take advantage of the cards in my opponents grave yard so I kinda need help on what creatures black and blue and what black sorceress or instants. and also how much mana should I use? I have 22 in a deck of 80 :O (how to do a mana scale?)
