Stop itch cures for baby?

My 1 yo baby is allergic to most insect bites, the bites get very swollen, inflamed and develops little bubbles of fluid... and drive her insane with the itching. I dont know how to stop the itch. Have tried chemist bought creams, sprays and calamine lotion - i dont want her to scar!
