Would this be on my DAC report ?

Hi, I am a truck driver and about 2 years ago I made the mistake of drinking a beer with my dinner at a truck stop, waited 4-5 hours before going back on road, got to scale house and they smelled the beer so they had me sit for 8 hrs. I paid a $159 fine for that. Does something like that get added to my DAC report ? If so by whom and if so any idea how long it stays on there ?
