Alright ppl, serious question here, i dont want any stupid insults or remarks back?

Alright, so i started playin soccer with my buddy on his coed team, and he met this new girl through another player on our team. He started likin her and tried doin his thing to try to get with her. Unfortunately, its not working for him. Come to find out, she might be starting to like me instead. Alright, so 1. I already feel horrible about the situaton cuz hes my bro 4 life. and 2. for some odd reason, i have no feelings for this girl whatsoever, and she is really cute and has an amazing body. I cant figure out what it is that i dont like about her. but idk, anyway, i know for a fact it isnt because i just see her as a friend cuz i dont even know her as a friend... so i guess what im lookin for is just a little insight on this from someone else's perspective. btw my uddy that likes her doesnt know she likes me.
