I HAVE DYED RED HAIR BUT WANT TO GO BROWN THEN GET BLONDE STREAKS IS THIS POSSIBLE PLEASE HELP?

Hi i really need advice so 3months ago i had dyed black hair which ive had for several years so i went to the hair dresses and got it bleached i done this twice as the black was really hard to get out (still got bits of black in my hair) but i dyed it RED its horrible and for three months its been red ,,, i don't like the red because it fades so fast and im left with a dirty burned orange colour im having to dye it every two weeks ,,so i was thinking if i dyed over it with a Chocolate brown would it take to it over this disgusting red and eventually would i be able to get blonde highlights or have i got no chance please help as my hair is knocking me sick thanks leanne x x x
