Shouldn't saudi arabia stop funding pakistani terrorists?

pakistan which is a purely terroristic state and is behind recent mumbai attacks has always been backed by saudi arabia.saudi arabia treats pakistan as their "baby child" and always try to shelter their baby .saudi arabia funds terrorist networks through pakistan.even recently when saudi prince visited indian . india told saudi arabia to stop aiding pakistan to hire terrorists and use it against world but saudi arabia instead announced a bonus of billions of dollars for pakistan (as if they are appreciating what pakistan did at mumbai blasts).why don't west and usa tell ksa and pakistan to stop aiding terrorists against india and world?shouldn't usa take notice of why ksa is funding billions to pakistan starting from free oil to bonus dollars(for free)
