What's a great book on anthropology?

Hi everyone! I have wide and varied interests and have recently become interested in Anthropology. Since I am relatively new to the study of the subject, I am not yet familiar with the great minds and the books that have been instrumental in furthering study (apart from Origin of the Species, and that's not quite what I'm going for.) Who do you recommend that I read? I am looking for accessible books that have been relevant to you that you would personally recommend.
