Will i be able to get health insurance coverage now under Obama's new law?

More detalils if needed.... I am female, 34 years old, state of Missouri, unemployed but do not receive unemployment benefits, low income, living right now off very meager savings.... but will i be able to get health care under the new law. I really need it and want it, but i am confused if i qualify since i am not working... if i DO qualify, how do i apply and how much would it cost? hopefully someone keeps up on this, and does it kick in soon? ( i heard Friday)
