Cant reach . Why is this happening?

I am a 13 (almost 14) year old boy who is having trouble having an . I have jad it many times before but now it skips the pleasure. I still feel relaxed afterward, but when i feel an coming, it skips it. Why is this happening? And this happens at different times. Like for a week it will go on and then itll get better
