Sick and tired of FAT ?

(im a guy) so i honestly have a pretty nice body. Great chest, solid arms and a fairly defined 4 and a half pack. im happy with my upper body. and even though i have pretty strong legs, its like all my fat aculation ended up on my but/back of thighs. Its hugely out of proportion to the rest of my body and i hate it. Im having trouble with finding specific burning workouts/tips for both targeting and strengthening my rump. please help me lose this beast...
