Scared. Telephone scam! What can I do?

Call Royal Mail and make sure nobody submits a change of address form. They have your name, address and know you have credit cards. Now they can submit a change of address rerouting your mail to their address, and have access to all your bank and credit card statements as well as applying for new credit cards in your name.
