Is this healthy for a chihuahua?

we like to have a bbq for our dogs birthdays. The other dogs get bbq chicken and the birthday dog gets their own steak. We grill up a regular steak cut it in half and serve it on a plate while singing happy birthday. They know they are special because they are the only one getting steak. And we get to eat too. Then they all get a piece of birthday cake. A lot of people will say that's not good for a dog. But we have grown all of our dogs from pups and they are 13,9,4,3 years old. And they are very healthy.
